Specialist Bespoke Professional and Academic Mentoring
For People That Won't Settle For Simple Answers.
Purpose
Paradigm by Pascal offers specialist mentoring for professionals, undergraduate and postgraduate students who want to deepen their knowledge and strengthen their practice in criminal exploitation, county lines and human trafficking.
Paradigm is also home to the Criminal Exploitation Network, a free community for anyone working, studying or with lived experience in the field.
Whether you’re finding your way into the field or bringing years of experience, Paradigm gives you room to look closer, ask more and learn from different perspectives.

Why Paradigm Exists
Criminal Exploitation is complex and the answers are rarely simple.
Research, policy and frontline practice don’t always speak to each other therefore students and professionals can find it hard to connect what they learn with how it plays out in real life.
Paradigm was created to close that gap through honest discussion, specialist insight and the voices of people who have lived it.
